Install Update Package Procedure (OS Upgrade)

Did you ask Keonn to add something to your unit and provided you with a file? Follow the steps and you're good to go. Contact support if you run into problems.

Browse the unit's Bootloader (i.e.: http://dev_ip:8080 ). I don't know the IP of the device
Do you have downloaded the file to upload?

- - No: How did you end up here? Contact support
  - Yes: Does it have "advannet" in the name?
    - Yes: You're in the wrong guide! Go 👉 here
    - No: Good! Carry on.

Choose OS Upgrade on the dropdown menu or press Upgrade OS in the newer version

4. Upload the file clicking the button "Choose File"

5. Click upgrade

6. Click OK in the alert that shows up and wait a bit, did the device reboot?

1. - No: Contact support
  - Yes: Congratulations, your unit is now fixed, enjoy the new features.
