Download Data Reports

Introduction

AdvanCloud offers the possibility of accessing and viewing all the information generated by Keonn devices and others.

This information is divided into Inventories and Other Data & Logs.

Inside this menu, you will find all the inventories uploaded into AdvanCloud. Any device that does inventory count can use AdvanCloud as inventory repository.
For accessing the repository please go to Data Reports.

In the higlighted area you have different options for search and filtering inventories.

If you want to download an inventory, please left-click on it, to select it, you will see it turns yellow.
When done the content of the inventory will be displayed below.

You can also change the inventory aggregation/view. The available views are EPC, Code and SKU.
Finally press into Export Inventory, select the into which format you want to download the file. Available formats are Excel, CSV, XML and JSON.

There are many other types of logs and data recorded by Keonn Hardware instead of inventories.
These data and logs are allocated inside Other Data & Logs tap.

Inside this menu, the user can select which Data Type want to display or download.
There are multiple types of reports formats and logs that can be downloaded:

- adsbreakdown: time that marketing campaign has been executed in interactive systems by device

- alarmreport:
- alarmreports: device alarms with images
- Alarms: basic report for alarms
- compliance:
- encodedlogs: results of printings / encodings
- HoursByCampaign: time that the marketing campaign has been executed in interactive systems
- infos:
- itemsmissing:
- itemsmissingskus: missing inventory SKU mode
- itemspicking:
- itemspickingskus: picking inventory SKU mode
- purchases: AdvanPay purchases
- purchaseItems
- Reads:
- ReadsItems:
- ReportByDevice: viewed, ordered, etc. items from interactive systems by device
- ReportByProducts: viewed, ordered, etc,. items from interactive systems by product
- returns: AdvanPay returns
- returnsitems:
- scannedEpcs: read EPCs by any device
- sessions: activated sessions for interactive systems
- sessionswithsocial: interactive sessions attached to social interactions.
- skucodes:
- SocialByCode: data from social interactions by code
- SocialByDate: data from social interactions by date
- stockbyepc: total stock by EPC
- stock: total stock

- Verifications:
Please select which Data type you want to download and then select if you want to displayed on the screen (AdvanCloud GUI) or if you want to download it in a specific format (excel, CSV,XML or JSON).

There are some Data and Logs that can be displayed in a Dashboard format.
