1- Introduction

AdvanFlow-200 View is Keonn’s latest product for inventory tracking, enabling instantaneous capture of product movements between the backstore and frontstore. This enhanced version of AdvanFlow-200 uses the same core logic as the original but includes a screen that helps store associates easily track which products are being moved. 

We’ve achieved this through an intuitive template design that guides the user throughout the process. 

To move a product, the user follows three simple steps: 

• READY: Indicates that the user can start scanning products.

• SCANNING: Shows that the user has begun reading products at the first antenna.
  Note: The movement direction is determined when the store associate starts reading by either antenna 1 or 2.

• VERIFYING: Once all products have been read by the first antenna, the user can start reading with the second antenna. This step verifies that all products have been read by both antennas, ensuring correct movement from backstore to frontstore.

Finally, when all products are successfully verified, a "MOVE COMPLETED" message confirms the transfer, displaying the number of products moved.

2.2.2 - AdvanNet

The AdvanReader web administration page is access through the device IP.

AdvanFlow uses the AUTONOMOUS Read Mode.

• Set the device Mode: Autonumous

• Set Read mode: AUTONOMOUS

• Activate_ Generate TAG_READ events

Adjust power and sensitivity.

Here is the recommended set.

• Power: 10 dBm

• Sensitivity: -80 dBm

• Session:  S0

• Target: A

In order to indicate the correct orientation, we recommend to set:

• Port 1: (antenna 1) as IN

• Port 2: (antenna 2) as OUT

Additionally disable the following services:

• sCloud

• AdvanNetRestService

3- Installtion tips

Height

The height of the unit has to be choose according to the store operation.

The recommendation is to align the top part of the system between 140 - 160 cm.

Separation

The separation between the middle point of the units must be 40 cm. 

4- Latest Firmware

The screen requires sCloud version min  4.14.32 (you can download the latest version here).
