AdvanFlow Monitor Page
Introduction
Requirements
Minimum AdvanNet version: 2.8.35
The AdvanFlow Status Page is a web utility that helps understanding AdvanFlow operation.
The page is accessed at
http://$DEVICE_IP/adfl/monitor.html
What follows is a capture of the AdvanFlow Monitor page
Operation
The operation is very simple, once the page is loaded it shows the most important information in real time:
Whether the system is operating, should be RUNNING at all the time.
It shows the aggregated IN/OUT items detected in the current session. This is the most important piece of information
It shows the number of IN/OUT events in the current session. An IN/OUT event may have more than one item. A session is defined as the action of moving products in front of AdvanFlow to detect them as input/output moves.
IN/OUT activity. The activity is defined as the RF detection of item at the IN/OUT antenna block. Activity (RF reads) at both antenna blocks are required to generate IN/OUT moves
A normal IN move can be broken down to:
Activity is detected in the OUT antenna block
Followed by activity detected in the IN antenna block
Followed by an IN move.
Captures
Capture on an idle system
Capture on a system with RF activity at the IN antenna block
Capture on a system with RF activity at the OUT antenna block
Capture on a system with a detected IN move, with one event and 3 items
Capture on a system with a detected IN move, with two events and a total (all items from all events) 13 items
Capture on a system with a detected OUT move, with one event and 6 items
Capture on a system with a detected OUT move, with two events and a total (all items from all events) 10 items
Configuration
Little configuration is needed.
It is possible to flip the IN/OUT columns. The idea is to physically align the real In put/Ouptut areas with the IN/OUT columns, this way it is simpler to understand the flow of goods.
Clear counters. After some time elapses without further inputs received, the different counters are cleared.
