Create Spaces
1- Understanding Spaces
Inside every Advancloud workspace, you organize your devices in different spaces. This will help you to manage them and to control them quite easily.
There are 3 different levels of spaces where you can configure your devices.
Regions (group of shops)
Shops (every device is configured to work in one shop)
Zones (every shop can be divided into different zones, so you can get inventories from different parts of a shop)
All Shops must have a Region assigned
2. Creating Spaces
2.1 Creating Regions
Before start creating a new space, please go to AdvanCloud and open Spaces.
Now you can create a new Region by clicking in the (+) button.
Define a Region Name and Region ID.
Region ID, Shop ID and zone ID can't include blank spaces and symbols
2.2 Creating Shops
Repeat the same process described for creating a Region, but now select into which Region the Shop you are creating belongs.
Now you can also add Shop Coordinates by clicking here (this is helpful for creating Alarms Dashboards):

2.3 Creating zones
If your Shop has to be divided into different Zones you have to repeat the same process for the Zones.
For activating Inventory Dashboards you should include the word front in Zone ID for Frontstore and the word back for Back of House Zone ID. T
Examples:
Back of House Zone ID: "frontstore", "store-front", "FOHfront", "Shop01front", "12345front"
Front of House Zne ID: "backstore", "store-back", "FOHback", "Shop01back", "12345back"If you go back to the menu you will see the list of available zones, you can view, edit or delete them
