Events are high levels events, for example TAG_ALARM, GPI, etc.
Changing events periodicity allows to mask the same event being published in a certain time period.

The periodicity or TTL time is defined in the ReadMode configuration page.
In the below example, the EAS ReadMode event TTL time is changed to 15 minutes (900000 ms)
This means the same EPC will only generate an alarm every 15 minutes.
